Architectural studio Structor in Šibenik was founded by Luka Najev in 2008. Until today, our studio has developed, grown and expanded both in terms of the team and the areas of work. We started with the creation of small projects for family houses and residential buildings. As Structor developed in terms of the complexity of the projects, so did the number of our employees. In recent years, our architectural studio in Šibenik has on average a team of 6 to 7 architects and civil engineers. The primary sector in which Studio Structor has been active since the beginning is the creation of projects for residential buildings, family houses and villas. In recent years, there has been considerable expansion in our area of work, and we have created project documentation for the reconstruction of two large hotels, as well as complete documentation for the construction of the new elementary school in Petrinja. We are also experienced in projects related to public infrastructure, including projects for communal infrastructure, roads, marinas, anchorages and the like. We achieve high expertise and quality of our work in various areas of architecture and engineering thanks to the additional specialization of each member of our team for specific areas.
We took a significant step to maintain excellence in our work in 2022, when we transferred the complete design of projects to BIM design. Accordingly, we raised the creation of project documentation to a higher level of detail. In order to ensure impeccable quality for our clients, we monitor all our projects from the design phase to construction. We also provide professional supervision services as well as consulting and investment management services. In addition, we specialize in the creation of project documentation (concept, main and executive projects) and expert supervision on projects involving buildings of immovable cultural property.
Architectural studio in the role of investor
What distinguishes our architectural studio from others is our experience in the role of investors. Given that we ourselves were investors in the construction of facilities for sale, we can provide our clients with rich knowledge and experience gained both in design and supervision, as well as in investment and execution. The aforementioned experience is of inestimable value in today's relationship with our clients, given that we fully know and understand the construction processes. For this reason, we pay special attention to technical solutions that are easy to implement, high-quality for long-term maintenance and, of course, and at an acceptable price. For our architectural studio, the goal is further development precisely in this regard, so that each of our clients has a sense of security cooperating with us. It is important to us that our clients know that we will guide them through the entire process in the best possible way for them.

Luka Najev

Luka is the founder and owner of architectural studio Structor, director, construction designer, supervising engineer, project manager.
He has been in the design and supervision business since 2008. He has extensive experience in the construction process itself, thanks to the time spent on construction sites. The aforementioned experience is always applied in the creation of project documentation to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability of projects.
For the last few years, in the role of Chief Designer, he has been working on extremely large and demanding projects, where he has effectively applied all the rounded experience and knowledge gained in the last 15 years.
Luka is open and communicative. He is always in the mood for a conversation, and above all, his main mission is to make the client satisfied and ultimately get an excellent product that fully meets his needs and capabilities.
He also has extensive experience in working on immovable cultural property, especially on religious buildings, where he participated in a large number of renovations and restorations as a designer and supervisor.
He actively speaks English.
